Restore Grout In Batch

Hi,

What is the most effective solution to restore tile in bath, I have silicon in bath-tile seam, heard that it's better to put grout there too.
It's small DYI project to clean apt for rent.

If anybody can refer to specific products available in Lowes/Depot I will appreciate, their selection too huge for beginner.
