Repairing Grout Lines
What is the easiest method?
I have 500sf of tile that the grout lines need to be repaired/replaced.

12"x12" Tiles, 3/8" grout lines.

"PERFECT"
Your best bet is The Grout Grabber. This is the niftiest little tool to come along since the hammer. The Grout Grabber fits your recip saw and removes grout quickly. My suggestion is that you buy several of the replacement blades because you can 'gang' the blades and clear the whole groutline at one time in most cases. The sucker is virtually dustless and beats any other method I have eve tried. And "NO" I don't work for them, it only sounds like it. I buy them online from Contractor Supply or somebody like that.

Also try the Fein Multimaster with the tile attachments. Much easier to control and virtually dustless as well. not as cheap as the blades for the saw - but hey you get the multimaster and use it for everything else...
