More Tile Pricing Questions

I am having sort of a problem pricing out three bathrooms in one house. Can someone help? The first bathroom is simple just 12x12 ceramic on the floor area is 5x6 cut out for toilet. I was going for three to install and two hundred to remove old ceramic with hammer drill. 2nd bathroom the floor is 4x6 pretty much same price three hundred to install two hundred to remove. now the wall is 5x6, 3x6, and 3x6 with a Border around top and sides with an inset ceramic soap dish. Also the tub surrounding. i was thinking a two thousand. the third bathroom has a tub surrounding to tile the wall at 5x6, and 6x6. the shower at 5x8 3x8, 3x8 and 3x8 floor to ceiling and pour the pan, drain etc. the floor also which is 8x10. I was thinking four thousand . I also had to hang all the durock. and remove all the old floor tile. So the total is seven thousand is that to unreasonable or am i right aroud the money. I also live in new orleans Louisiana. thanks guys

Re: More Tile Pricing Questions

No one can price that for you, but yourself, too many unknowns, prices also vary widely from place to place.

Also, you don't pour a pan, do you know how to build a tiled shower pan, correctly?

Who's doing the plumbing?, that's a whole can of worms in itself.

Re: More Tile Pricing Questions

I don't know where your at but that sounds about where I would go. Just make sure you cover all the unknowns and don't set your price in stone if you aren't sure. That is why they are called estimates. I always make it clear on remod jobs that this is only a guide line price and it could go up depending on what I find.
