I Love Forums Like This!

I've said it before: "This is where learners lurk and lurkers learn."

There is so much good information coming across on all of these forums if a person just takes the time to understand what is being said. The fakes and phonies and the hot-heads don't have a chance to peddle their crap here, and I love it!

I (for one) appreciate those here that are true professionals and really know their stuff. It's a satisfying feeling to be amongst some of the top dogs of this country's building trades. My hat comes off to you guys.

Sorry, lost my head there for a minute. The guy playing games with the IRS set me off.

I agree with you Bud, I agree wholeheartedly. Lots of good info here. DIY'rs can find answers to any tile project they are planning. Often DIY'rs get confused over what we consider simple issues. That's OK, ask and someone will guide you.

I also agree about the few phonies that populate the forums. Why just today I've hard to correct 3 so-called pros on simple matters. I like you Bud, often come off as a "smart ass" when we do that. BUT, better a smart ass than a "dumb ass" I always say.

Ummm, no. This is not the forum for DIY questions. That's DIYchatroom.com. They're welcome to lurk and look for information here - just not to post questions.

Bud's OP was in regards to dealing w/ other professionals on this site.
