Are you buying from a catalog or online?
If so, GET SAMPLES.

I got some bamboo flooring from them it was a crap load for some apartments. It was good. I prefer Prosource. They have a showroom, samples and some to yell at when the order gets screwed up

Yea we also go with ProSource, they have good pricing and are pretty helpful if something is messed up with the order! Also orders usually arrive within 3-5 days for the most part..
