Service Rates
I would like to know how ya'll set up your service/maintenance side of your business? How do you determine your rates? Is this something you do monthly, quarterly, or yearly?
Thanks,

Re: Service RatesQuote:
Charge $60/hr with a minimum of one hour. Charge for drive time for the most part. No prepaid contracts. X2 on lamps.

Re: Service Rates
So you do not offer pre-paid contracts, simply monthly, quarterly or yearly service calls with a minimum of 1 hr. service charge.
I appreciate your input. Anyone else?
