Desperately Seeking Post Lantern (photo Included)

I am in the hunt for any information about this post lantern below.

It is a 3 candelabra fixture (says made in china on one of the posts) with seeded glass. It was purchased and installed in 2001-2002. The finish is smooth black (sorry for the grainy camera photo below).

There is no company/model anywhere on this, but I can give up this info, which is probably irrelevant:

Inside of the base of the lantern that mounts to the post there is only a UL listing sticker with these number on them:
