Adequate LEDs for solar spotlights?

Is there a really great solar spotlight anyone can recommend out there for lighting a feature in a garden? Is there a rule of thumb about number of LEDs per light for adequate light, but not by prison standards..

Lowes is selling an LED exterior lighting system that's pretty cool. The manufacturer sells it exclusively through Lowes so you won't find it anywhere else. Only some of the Lowes stores carry it. Two of the four stores in Albuquerque carry it.

It works with a solar cell or with a plug in transformer. There are a variety of lights that work with it. The system is designed to daisy chain lights with screw type plug connectors that are water tight. I put a couple of these systems in my indoor pool room and they are really nice. My neighbor used the system for landscape lighting, both path and feature lighting and it looks really nice.
