Need Landscape Qualifier In CA

The state is taking forever to process my contractors license. Passed my test 5 months ago and still have time to wait. Would like to discuss my business plan for a commercial landscape company with any CA qualifier who may be interested. Would only need qualifier for a few months until my license comes. Deposit and payouts will be made and are negotiable. Call if interested. 559.905.6126-jeff

California State Contractors License Board is very specific about this... "qualifiers" need to involved in the business, not just rent out their license.

Five months!? When did you send in your fees for the license, or have you?
