Lawnmower Blade Question
I have a 3 blade 54" deck, I took the blades off to clean the deck, and sharpen the blades. My question is does it matter what position the blades are in when I put them back on?

yes the first blade should be placed 7 & 1 the second blade 9 & 3 and the third blade 12 & 6....
 no it does not matter as soon as the belt slips on the spindles they are in different spot anyways..

And they sharp edge must face the same direction of travel again. So there is a top of the blade. If you flip it upside down, the blunt edge will hammer grass and obliterate it. |
