Pencil and paper.

For high end clients, I use colored pencils.

I looked at visual impact, I really like it. We use Pro Landscape 13, it has it pros and cons but overall its ok.
Now to the colored pencils, who has time for that? Have not done that in years, plus people tend to not look at thier home from an arial view. We have sold more jobs using a photo imaging program. I do miss my drafting table though.

for larger jobs I'll give them both otherwise its one or the other.
sometimes I'll use colered pencils.
I'm trying to get the hang of the cad part of visual impact, coloring is awsome.
and I'm importing my own pics for photo imaging.
