Thanks guys, I do think it is from being wet. I cut the irrigation system back to 3 days a week. Now if it ever would stop raining I could let the grass dry out. This seems to be a common problem, and the local paper just ran an article on this exact thing stating it was from being so wet and cutting it wet. So, I'm pretty sure that's what it is. I'm still planning on getting a soil test done and seeing what the yard needs though. Thanks again guys.

It sounds like you shouldn't be watering at all.

You would have got more value for your buck flushing it down the toilet than you would spending it on a rain sensor. They're useless. I haven't seen a reliable one yet.
