Equipment and Trucks to purchase?
I am interested in buying either a tandem 2' side wall trailer dump or not, also I am interested in buying an enclosed tandem trailer too...which manufacture makes the best and which one should we purchase first...if the material holder trailer with the two foot side walls is one to get should I get one with a lift or no

Which one first, only you can answer. Do you haul more equipment or green waste and materials? Open trailer can do both. Enclosed is limiting.
As for lift or no lift, what is your workload? Figure you bang for buck value. I have an open trailer. no lift/dump. Something like that would come in handy at times, but not enough for me to go the extra expense.

trailer to buy
I think I am going with the open one just for the reason of houseing material and being able to hual heavier equipment, I use loaders fairly often, I do dump material quite often at the land fill and on sites, so I think it would be worth the extra $...how much extra would a lift dump trailer versus non-lift (just an average price, I am in Denver)

Welcome KC - would you mind posting an intro here & putting your location in your profile? The reason the location would be handy is there are plenty of regional trailer builders & locations. Someone in your immediate area can easily pipe in with go see X at Y or stay away from...

In my part of the country, the BriMar trailers are pretty much standard fare for contractors of every sort who need an open trailer.

For enclosed trailers, there doesn't seem to be a standard. They all seem to suck about the same.

I would strongly recommend the dump option if you plan on hauling much dirt / mulch. Or many trips to the dump.

I would go with the dump trailer. An enclosed trailer costs big $$$ and has very narrow uses. What truck will it be behind?

brimar in my opinion hands down... there dump trailers and even equipment haulers are top notch. For an enclosed trailer id recommend wells cargo and pace... I my self use a collin ardnt, hese a custom trailer builder in Ny and he makes some really sharp trailers
