Equipment For Sale

I got a 48 Inch Mid-Mount John Deere Z-turn. It has the bagging system for it, I belive a 19 hp gas engine. Just over 100 hours on it.

Also have a John Deere 36 inch walk behind unit, no bagging system.

Both units are 1 season old, the Z-trak has just over 100 hours on it and the walk behind very few hours.

Also Have a 16' Tandem Axel Landscape Trailer. Wooden sides on the front, made from Deck Board, Looks very professional, Trailer brakes with rear gate. The trailer is 1 year old as well.

The reason we are selling this equipment is because we are getting out of residential mowing. This was the set up we had for our crew that did nothing but residential. The Z-trak is just two small of a unit for the other mowing we have, and we are going to buy another 20 foot trailer instead of the 16' This Makes an awesome unit for 2 guys, very easy to trailer, and the equipment has extremly low hours, and was well maintained. Another reason we are selling the equipment, is well.. John deere mid mounts just arnt great for mowing industrial or commercial property. This is more of small property owner or residential unit like we had it for. It was awesome for mowing upper class houses, the passes in the grass were very distinctive and john deere baggers pick up every blade of grass that is cut.

I do not have pictures of the equipment right now, I will post when I do have the pictures or if anyone is interested.

The whole package new a year ago was worth about $11,700.00

I am asking $7,200.00

If you have any questions please ask. Thanks

Re: Equipment For Sale

We dont mind Mowing..Commercial/Industrial, where you have guys go and do the same thing every week, no complaints, no homeowners.. Hhah.

It just got to be to much, we had more headaches then it was worth for us anyways. I would rather spend the time doing something else that is going to make more money, with less headaches. Not to mention all the guys that mow for us... HATE mowing residential, and if we cant find someone that likes doing it, then chances are they are going to do crappy work when they mow it.. which makes the company look bad.

We actually asked all the guys that mow, if they would rather mow residential or take a chance of working a few less hours if we cant fill the schedule with other mowing.. all of them said they would rather have less hours if it came down to it lol. Gotta keep the workers happy, even if it means giving up some contracts, we just sold the contracts we had that carried over, and didnt bid the others that called, just refer them to another company. Works out for us, the customers, and the other company that gets the work.

No but I will try and get one here tomorrow or the next day. The trailer is just a year old, there is absolutely nothing wrong with it other then minor paint scrapes. Ill try and get a picture though.
