Concrete Wall Materials???

I will make this as short as possible. A friend of mine has some concrete wall supplies that were left at her home by her "no longer" significent other who was supposed to level a section of her yard and build a retaining wall with these supplies. She would like to get rid of them; however she does not really know what they are or what the price is on something like this. She has contacted me as I am a small time residential landscaper and thought I might be able to obtain some information on exactly what it is. Most of the retaining wall materials I use are more common to home improvement stores; as a result, I have never seen anything like this.

Can anybody offer some assistance with this? Exactly what it is and what a fair price would be for her to sell it?
