SFR Project Management

I am looking for advice or sources for a
"Project Management Agreement"
if there is such a Generalised thing, other than paying a lawer to write one.

Thank You in Advance

Re: SFR Project Management

I think you're looking in the wrong place. CMAA is geared toward large commercial projects- anything you find there will likely be far too much for a typical single-family residential project. I'd try "The Contractors Legal Kit" first- I think there's a basic CM agreement in there.

There is another source at www.agc.org

Contracts are a Critical aspect of Construction, as we all know.

Yes, they certainly are. The AGC may have something that works for you if there's a scaled down version of their "standard" contract, but it may still be too much.
