Sample Cost Plus Contract
As requested, here is a sample Cost Plus contract for example purposes only. I strongly suggest adding your own Terms and Conditions tailored to your trade, but if not, this is atleast legal and binding as is.

Re: Sample Cost Plus Contract
Hi-
I downloaded your sample contract - looks pretty basic, how has this worked for you, any problems? We are taking on our first design/build residential project and were looking to use a cost plus percentage of cost contract, is it possible to use the sample contract you uploaded and just change it from a fixed fee to a % or would the contract be more involved then that. thanks for your help! Re: Sample Cost Plus Contract
I am also unable to open your document as it was created in an earlier version of word. Is there another way to access it?

Re: Sample Cost Plus Contract
Where do you include overhead? Is it considered a cost or do you add a percentage for overhead in your plus percentage?
