RFI Form

This form has worked well for me. If I get the answering party to reply on the comment side of the form it's done on one piece of paper. I also like the cell for noting phone discussions. I had to make it a PDF to post, but I will be happy to e-mail as excel to anyone so you can change

Re: RFI Form

xls format wont post as an attachment. It's not one of the allowed formats (I can only assume because of how easy it is to code a virus into a macro within the file.

BUTTTTTTT

xls files can be zipped and posted which leaves a second step (read: a second choice whether to unzip and open or not) left to the end user.

Of course all this is just my assumption based on what I know of excel and what it can do, both good and bad.

BTW, if you can't zip it yourself, send it to --- jproffer62233@hotmail.com --- and I can zip it for you.
