Proposal Template

Anyone have a proposal template for itemized remodeling bids to present the cost breakdown to a client?

Be careful presenting cost breakdowns to clients. You are asking for intense scrutiny on your figures.

I only give the customer totals.

Rs is right. The only time I will give a cost breakdown to a client is when the job is time and material.

Otherwise, it's a list of what is included in the quote, and one price at the bottom.

Ok. I agree with you on this. The day of the internet already adds intense scrutiny on pricing.

But I still could use a proposal template. So I could at least itemize the work being done (but not necessarily the value for each item)

Boy I'm in a nice mood today. Here you go - go to "Craftsman-book.com"

Look for "Construction Forms and Contracts" You can get the CD for $42

It has ALL the forms you will need and then some.

Enjoy
