Proposal
A little something I made way back when... It is a copy of the old blank forms we used to get from the local office supply. Its in RTF format so it should work for Apple and PC users.

Just a note, if RTF does not work for you just let me know I can post it in a differnt format, just let me know.
If you have not noticed I broke it up into text blocks so if you watned to you can easly modify this to fit your needs.

Total to be paid on completion of the job.
what is the completion of the job? it can be very big difference between plumber understanding and customer understanding? |
