New File Swap Forum

Well, ProWallGuy's GIVE A FORM, TAKE A FORM thread has been quite popular. The only problem is that you have to search through the thread and its discussion to find the forms you need.

I think this new FILE SWAP forum will be a better solution.
If you have a form that you would like to share please post it in this forum and use the files title/purpose as the threads title.
This way people can see all the forms easier and discuss each form.

Thanks

Great, now with file swap, it's more like an old time BBS. Now we just need a "SYSOP Chat" button.

Say, if someone could upload the latest version of AutoCAD, my day would be complete.

Will that work?

Now that brings back memories. I ran one on a C64. First in the area. It was fun being SysOp.

I moved it to a new thread. I've actually never done that before. Pretty cool feature.

I kinda got confused on how you wanted it but when I hit save I realized it was a reply and not new. Sorry and thanks for moving it.

I remeber the good old BBS days I loved those text based games infinity complex, blademaster, crossroads I miss the simple days I used to get on them for hours a day on my VT220 dumb terminal with a 1200 baud modem till we got the SCREAMING FAST 2400 baud... now I feel old

Re: New File Swap Forum

I remember the first modem I bought for the C64. It was a 300 baud and cost me something like 3 hundred bucks. When the 1200s came out we said no-one needed them "you can't read that fast anyway" How times have changed in a relatively short time.

Re: New File Swap Forum

I still have a TRS-80 MODEL 100 laptop with a built in 300 baud modem (my dad did not give it to me till like 10 years ago) Not very usefull then. It has basic, address book, sceduler and a text editor and that is about it. It runs on 4 or 6 AA batteries and has 32,000 bytes of memory. About useless but still kind of cool to have around.

Re: New File Swap Forum

Does anyone have a MS Project file for building a house?

I'm an experience PM but just getting started as a builder. I'm trying to figure out the best way to track the process. It would be nice to have labor cost, material cost, etc all in one place. This can be done in Excel but MS Project can do it without having to write the formulas if it's set up right. I checked the form thread but didn't see a project file.
