Lead sheet

I am looking for a lead worsheet with prequalification questions on it. I have some new people in sales and need a standard for calling back leads.

Glad to see you have grown past that tile job in June with the marble threshold, especially with today's economy. So whatever you were doing - worked great - put it on paper & start your system.

Hi What is your name?

What is your address?

Do you still have equity in your house?

Are you sure when is the last time have you checked?

Do you mind writing a check off of your home equity line??

Can you write a check for the full amount of the contract now before the bank pulls the equity line?

You can start with these
