You need the contact to get the contract?

Do you need the entire contract, or just the words for the scope of the work?

For the scope of the work, we would write.

Install RINNAI tankless water with 10-year manufacturer guarantee. Install tankless water heater, outside the house, on the rear wall, approximately 4 feet on the left side of the gas meter, and approximately 40 inches from the ground to the bottom of the heater. Install 3/4 inch black-iron gas pipe, from the gas meter, to the heater. Install independent 120 volt circuit, from the electric panel, to the heater, with a weatherproof switch, on the wall near the heater. Install Type 'L' (THICK) hot and cold water piping, from the existing copper pipes, underneath the house, to the heater. Remove existing water heater, from inside the house. Remove and cap old gas and water pipes, and plaster holes (no paint). Water heaters are guaranteed, by the manufacturer, and not by the contractor. Obtain plumbing and electric permit, and inspection, from city.

TERMS - Contract price includes the materials, tax, labor, and with all discounts reduced to $3900 - downpayment upon completion $3600 - balance of $300 upon completion of inspection.

This should include the model number. I am always too lazy to look for the number.

of course, our entire contract is 7 pages.
