Does anyone have a form, which you'd give to someone when after you have finished the maintenance period as per Contract with them? Maybe a notice or letter saying the maintenance period is over and a list of ways for them to maintain their own home from now on.

Good luck

Im working on adding the estimate sheet and all the formulas to produce a number for the client. We have previously used something similar which has a back end that produces final numbers. I'll upload the Viper Sheets next week with a sample of residential and commercial quotes.. Enjoy

Lightbulb VIPER reworked

I've added some formulas, cash FLOW as it relates to the sale price, retained amounts and expenses, and Im starting to integrate a Gannt chart. It produces an estimate with total per division and percentages of value to show the client. email me buckknekkid@hotmail if you need help. This is the mother of all free estimating puppies.

do you know anyyhing about filing liens in the state of kentucky or indiana on a business or contractor? So much of what i pull up on the computer tells me nothing or leaves a lot to be finished. Do you know what a pre-lien is or if there are other forms i need to file before the lien? Any information you give may help me pull this mess together. I already know how to handle the state of ohio but, the other states are driving me crazy. Linda sue

Thanks buckknekkid. I "borrowed" your file. I plan to review it tomorrow when I have some time (it looks pretty comprehensive).

I was looking for a Subcontractor Paid In Full Form/release and this is the only thing I could come up with all you have to do is tweak it a little, and I am sure it will work pretty good, it seems like a good idea to have all the subs sign one.

Here are some drafts of what I have been working on....NOTE: FILES ARE NO PROOF READ, LABOR RATES ARE NOT ACTUAL RATES.
I am looking for a nice completion agreement I can change around to put in my format....which I borrowed what it is based on from someone on here...

This is a great little gem of a thread tucked away in here. Thanks everyone. Now, if I can just figure out how to open a zip file.
