Any templates for Acceptance Forms?
I'm looking for something for the clients to sign on the completion of the job that acknowledges they accept the quality of workmanship for the project, they accept that it is complete, that we have requested feedback about the project and that they are satisfied with the results. Including signature of client and builder.
Thanks!

Flooring Qualification Statement
Does anyone have a Qualification Statement (template) ? We were asked to submit this doc for approval, but I only found the AIA form 305 which looks too rigid . Thanks in advance for sharing this with us.

this will most likely be more useful to larger contractors. It was designed for residential services in the new england areas, But can be altered to suit any state. It will have some commercial use to some contractors because there are some commercial options as well.
Good luck

I like this, mdshunk! We work exclusively commercial, but if we did residential, I'd snag it in a minute! I would imagine that leaving that with your customers has stopped a few of them from continuing to shop around.

Ok guys/gals Here's an all in one Excel form with tabs for package development, estimate, change orders, materials, labor, finish schedule, doors and windows, subs, cost codes and more.
I hope it helps all of you as much as it helped me
