Does your home meet your needs Checklist

I was cleaning out some files on my computer today and came across this file that has a great checklist for you remodelers that work with older clientelle. I got it a couple years ago at a Softplan training seminar and had forgotten I had it. Its basically a questionaire for older people to look through their home and see what things can be done so they can age in place.

I hope it is useful for some of you guys.
