In Depth Construction Schedule Form??
Anybody have an in depth residential construction schedule form they use? Everything from breaking ground to throwing down the door mat? I usually keep a written schedule but wanted to see what you guys that use these spreadsheets and pdf files might have come up with.

Re: In Depth Construction Schedule Form?? I did find a site at where they have, among other things, a schedule template for Excel that look great. (NOTE: I cannot post the web link because I haven't posted 15 times yet.)I googled schedules in Excel and found a video on YouTube and then went to the site and bought the template. It wasn't free, but definately worth it considering the cost of MS Project. But I'm small potatoes anyway and after the time I spent searching for something like it - I wish I had found the site sooner. Here is the video I saw on YouTube:
