Customer/Project Estimate Worksheet

I got a lot of good ideas from here so I wanted to share a general estimate worksheet I whipped up. We've used it a few times so far and with it combined with pictures taken on estimate we can essentially re-visit the site at our office. Also it makes sure we don't forget anything.

I created them in Adobe InDesign... IMHO way better than Word. If anyone wants to export it into Word to use their own letterhead, however, I included the front w/o our letterhead in TIFF format. It can be inserted by Word > Insert > Picture > From File... and resized to the page, with space at the top.

We've used it 4 times so far and it's made estimates much easier.

Aboveandbeyond - do you use a transfer type of paper for the top copy? or (god forbid) carbon paper? so both parties have exactly the same information written down.

thx

Mac!!
