Certificate

does anyone have a certificate you have made and given to customers thanking them for choosing you to complete their business or projects needs?

Re: Certificate

I haven't used a certificate, but I do send every new client a thank you letter uopon job completion. I also add a few additional business cards to pass along if they so choose.

Re: Certificate

Hey Boss if you want to give out thank you certificates. I would suggest you get those computer programs where you can make your own certificates/diploma's. I'm not where they sell them in your area, as I am located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. I would suggest Office Depot or even Best Buy.

This is the stock letter out of QB, right? I'd rather stay positive and say something like, "We strive for your complete satisfaction by producing high quality work at fair prices."
