Curious if anyone has a cell phone agreement you have with your emoployees in regards to a company phone? I picked up a cell phone for one of my foreman and I need some kind of a written agreement, Im not sure what I all want to include. Thank You |

Re: Cell Phone Agreement
We have a cell phone agreement, very simple:
1) issued to employees for business use only 2) employee is responsible for personal calls 3) upon separation from company, phones must be ret'd prior to receiving final pay Then @bottom that they have read over & agree to abide by the above, employee must sign & date. Oh, also that they will notify office immediately if phone is lost, stolen or in need of repair. |

Re: Cell Phone Agreement
I pay for the monthly service and have them sign a form stating their permission to deduct any amount over that from their paycheck. Also having phone protection will save You some headaches, normally if it's a few dollars over the limit (10 to 20) I don't bother deducting, keeps Them happy.

Re: Cell Phone Agreement
I went through the Radios in the truck and paying for the Cell phones, I wish they didn't have phones at all, the only reason we put up with them is communication. but come on remember,? They had one "Cell phone" when they walked in the door looking for the job? make the Cell phone part of the hire requirements, remember the reason to stay in business is to make a profit, Grady

Re: Cell Phone Agreement
Guess it kinda depends on who in the company has the phones, and how big the company is. If you've only got a few people in managerial positions that've got them, all you might need is something very basic.
The more people who have them, the more likely an issue is, and correspondingly the more beneficial a more restrictive agreement might be.
