Build Checklist

Please bear in mind that this is what I had developed that worked for me and was not put together with any "polish".

I had been using this list rather fluidly, adding oddball things needed for a particular build- many items do not apply to all of my builds.

What I ultimately did was migrate this into Microsoft Project and polished it up a fair bit.

This allows me to get a good feel for not only delivery, but just as important, a timeline that allows me to give subs a "long range" heads up and track cashflow as it related to a timeline/construction draw schedule.

My computer was getting sluggish a couple of weeks ago.
I haven't had a chance to reinstall MS Project yet- might try to finis up things this weekend.
I'll see what I can do.
