Account Receivable Database - Free
This is a free copy of the Account Receivable program we use. This program is great because everything in on one screen, it is simple, fast, and accurate. This program should run without having to own MS Access. If not, let me know.
Read the download instructions on the bottom of the screen.

It was requested of him, that if he had any software to share, that it be placed in the file swap area of the forum, which he is doing.

I installed it, and now I have no idea where it got put. I don't even know what the name of the unzipped file is to even look for it. I tried running a search for files modified on today's date, but I've got a pile of hard drive to check. That could take an hour.

The actual program (application) is only 3 Megabytes.
It includes MS Access Runtime that runs the program without your having to purchase Access. I'm saving everybody $200. Once you load Access Runtime, I don't think you have to load it a second time, to run all the other applications.
These are great little programs that work great!

Go to All Programs and the start menu (button) should be there. Then, send it to the desk top.

Yeah, but you don't understand. I have many hundreds of programs when I click on all programs. What the heck am I looking for? What's the name of it? What does the icon look like? Give me some kind of hint, at least.

The name is 'STATEMENT'
You have to click on the Setup.exe program and load the Access Runtime. After the program loads. Click on the Setup.exe icon and load the program.
I just loaded the program on my laptop and it works.
Then go to 'Start' - 'All Programs' and the name of this program is 'Statement'
The loading is taking unusually long on my laptop, but I think the wait is worth it. Even if you don't like my programs, they will give you an idea of what MS Access can do for you. You will never look at Excel again.
After you load this program, I think you can load the others without going loading the Access Runtime. Each program in less than 3 Megabytes.
And don't get mad. I am not a computer wizard, but we will get it to work, someday.
Oops! just found a little glitch. I didn't make a menu to set up your printer and you cannot preview the reports. I have to make many modifications to make this user-friendly for you, and will make these corrections within the next 30 minutes, and you can re-download the program, when you get time.

The design of the Website looks very similar to your Plumbing website font and color-wise.
I do think that there exists something foreign in the wood pile here.
I just have yet to figure out what it may be.

Yeah, and the overdue letter does not appear to be edit-able. Not everyone is from CA.

Great, at least you got it downloaded. I'm waiting to see how many people will use the program, and as time goes on, I will modify the program so you can change the change all the information automatically.
Unfortunately, I just downloaded the new version on the Statements, with the menu bars for the previewing and printing the reports. The copy I use does not need these menu bars because I use the full version of MS Access.
If anyone is going to use these programs, send me an email and I will make the corrections, for free.
Sorry, but you should download the new version of statements when your are not busy.
In about 30 minutes, the new version of the Customer List will be downloaded. These databases will never be 100% perfect because I don't have a team of developers, but I have been modifying and using these programs for about 20 years. They will make a business easier to run.
In the next few days, I will make all forms work with your company information. There is a very simple and fast way to update the program without downloading the entire 110 megabytes. For now, this is the easiest way, since you have not input any data.
Sorry!

The new version of the Customer Database is currently downloading on the net and will be finished in about 15 minutes.
But, I have another version, I will download in about 20 minutes. I tested this new version, and if once you already have MS Access Runtime installed, this new version installs in about 30 seconds.
This is terrific. I am so happy because this project has come a long way withing the past few weeks, from your having to buy Access to getting it for free.
I am a little crazy. That is what keeps me from going insane. They will all be on the same page.

This link now includes a version of the Customer List Database that you can download in less than 30 seconds, after you install Access Runtime from one of the other programs. This entire application is less than 3 megabytes.
