I believe you can, but take that for what it cost you.

Mass.Gov has a lot of info but it's not easy to find.

Where in Mass. are you? Fisher College in N. Attleboro has prep classes for the test.

I'll try to find and post a few links.

You do not need commercial experience to take the unrestricted exam in Mass. I have worked primarily in residential construction and took the exam a couple of years ago. There are prep classes in Medford and Woburn that I know of. PM if you want more info about the Medford class. Good Luck.

Mass CSL experience requirement

Anyone know how far back the experience requirement for the Mass CSL could be? I did construction a number of years ago and then went to college and worked in the business world. I am considering a career change back to construction. I went to a vocation high school so that counts for one year. Does the board just review each application and decide?
