Texas T.R.C.C.

Soooo, it seems the T.R.C.C. was not re-established by the Texas Legislature during the 81st Session.

Not sure what this means. Other than a postcard telling me this, I cannot find anything on the website which is strange.

The post card says they will "essentially" cease to exist as of Sept. 1st.

Will they be back in another form?
I doubt this is the end....

Check out a home owners group gripe site about builders called;

http://www.hobb.org/index.php?option=com_smf&Itemid=429

They have tons of information on the TRCC.

Probably click on the States discussion and click Texas.
