I am looking for a qualifier here in Florida. As an owner in one year, using only 7 employees, we at Darron's A/C grossed over $4,000,000. I am...was a part-owner. We fell out at Darrons.

I am looking for someone of a like mind to qualify my company, and go into partnership with my company, Efficiency Experts, HVAC, LLC[/B]. I had a qualifier, with dual-qualifier status, but he passed away recently.
Even if you were to assume a passive role in the establishment, you would still get paid $2500 per month just for leasing your license to me. I would however, hope to build a good solid friendship and working business partnership to last a very long time.

Hello Mike we may be interested in helping you. We have been in buisness since 1996 and have been in this trade for over 25 years, we are looking into selling our company and become a qualifier for extra income.
I am a class "B" certified contractor. We have never had any leins or judgements against us and are a very reputable company who would like to qualify someone who takes pride in there workmanship/name as well.

I have over 20 years experience in practically every aspect of this trade: layout/fab, install, design, and drafting. I can perform Fla-Com calculations (and make them pass), do the heat-gain loss numbers, make the drawings from the architects backgrounds, and have M.E. friends that will sign and seal my work, in Florida and nationally.

I am an independent CMC (Mechanical) license holder and seeking a new home for my skills.
