Ma. contractor asked to work in Ohio?

Hey,

Does a contractor/ family member need to be lic. in Ohio to renovate a grandparents home? HIC lic. and Cont. Super. lic. for 20+ YRS

I can;t find anything online about it?

It depends, where at in OH ? Where I'm at there's no inspection, no licensing except for plumbing. You could build a house out of toothpics but the plumbers have to be licensed and inspected. It sucks but thats the way it is. Post or PM where your going to be at and I can probably find out
