Looking For Qualifier (WPB/Broward/Miami)

I have been working for GC's for 20 years (carpenter, super, PM, and GM) now doing my own work. Would like to speak to possible qualifiers about expanding.

Will consider many options, must have clean record, and willing to take the time to see the business grow.
