I heard the florida gc license holder can also pull roofing permits. Can he also pull electrical, ac, and plumping permits and do those jobs also?

You can pull roofing permits only if you are going to do the work and they can only be asphalt shingles.

FL GC can only do roofing on new construction. You need a roofing contractor to pull permits for reroofs.
