Building First House

hello everyone...ive been reading as many post as i can to try and learn ever thing i can. I want to become a residential contractor. i want to start off slow and build one house. right now I'm a union foreman bricklayer and have experience with commercial buildings. my wifes also a real state agent and we buy houses rehab them and flip them. The house will not be built for someone it will be built to sell. so i guess my question is what type of licensing do i need for this. i live in Missouri. any information would be appreciated.

masonmike, I have everything that you need to know. In your case, most of it will be unpleasant. You can PM me.

Be aware that working without a license can win you a FELONY conviction in many places.
