Yep, looks like it to me too. Looks like it must have been sitting along side the ditch and the ditch wall got washed out. And of course it then slid right on down and over.

That looked to me like C900 pipe laying by the ditch. I wonder if they were tying into that watermain? Real heros . I'm sure it was 5:00 on friday.
