What Can I Do With Parking Lot?

I'utm flipping a 5 unit apartment house in Daytona Beach FL into 5 seperate condominiums. I'm just about finished but the asphalt contractor that may have low balled me is GONE. I have 2500 sq ft parking lot with older asphalt but need to upgrade to make this look better, I was going to have a 1 1/4" paveover done but am now trying to find what my options are. Cover in concrete? Pave over or what else have gotten estimates from $2300 to $19,000 for stamped concrete. Really need help with knowledge of material, pricing and options.
Thanks, Mick

Like to help you out Mick, But really not familiar with the area. Perhaps Teetorbuilt can shed some light on it for you he's from down that area someplace.

Concrete will cost you more that asphalt. Also, 1" of concrete won't last too long. Your best bet is patchwork and overlay. You may also be able to do some patchwork and then sealcoat if the existing pavement is in decent condition.
