Wether

Wether or not to work in this weather. About 6" of snow on the ground from last storm. The ground is frozen 6" to a foot depending on where it is. Under the frost is very soft, muddy ground and the water table is up.

Last night we got another inch of snow and are now getting freezing rain and ice. Maybe time for hibernation?

The snow shouldnt slowing you fella's down too much. All the fella's around here have chains on their loaders and are plowing, all the single axle dumps have sanders in the beds and are a throwen sand. Alot of this is cash money for these guys and they love it.

Re: Wether

I am glad I don't live any further north.

We are on the "rain/snow", "rain/ice" line. Had some freezing rain last night and today, just enough to make the trees pretty. Enough rain though that it will ruin the rest of the week.

I am lucky, got a call last week for some concrete demo, footings and concrete repair for late Jan. or early Feb.......all inside of an existing building.

I better go and get back to work on that bid.

Olive Garden, Schmalive Garden, Yuck.

Joe I wish I had gotten back sooner. Roads are a pain right now. Lets see if Vinny comes by and wants to get together soon. Matt we'll see what the guys want to do here in the near future.

It doesn't freeze here. It just rains.

And rains.

And rains.

The last two weeks have been like walking on sponges.
