Well, Well.
It was almost 18 months ago I joined this site. Excavation was a sub heading. 2 months later we went over 1,000 posts and got our own Listing as a forum. I happen to notice our post count is now over 9,500 less than 16 months on the main page. The other forums with more posts have been around for almost 4 years.
My point in this thread is that this forum rolls along smoothly and keeps turning out good information. And is fun, I think. With almost no problems between members. Our Thursday night chats I think are the most active of any chat room use. As the moderator of this forum I'd like to say thanks for your input and conduct. I see so many familiar names visiting that don't really post much and I wonder where we might go if we heard more often from our members. This being the slow season on the forum it is more surprising that we are where we are at this date.

Re: Well, Well.![]() Wow over 10K posts that's something alright. A lot of good posts over all that time, I just went back and looked at some of the old topics. Too bad some of those guys don't post any more there was a lot of real good input from various places around the country, or, sometimes around the world. I have gotten quite an education since my first few posts, I sure can tell you that! As well as made a few good friends. |
