Sub-terrain Terraces.

Is there a market for terraces off of basements other then in hillside homes? Landscape companies and excavation business may be getting more involved in this then carpenters and deck builders.
    1. Is there a market?
    2. What does that market look like?
    3. Who would you be doing this work for?
