Service

I dropped my Leatherman a few months back while using it as a hammer. When I picked it up the blade lock had a pin broken. So I threw it on my dresser for a few months the broken part was always in the way when I went to use it. After Christmas I found it on my dresser and looked up their address and sent it to them and asked them to let me know how much it cost to repair. I don't think I registered it when I got it.

Today I got it back. Probably two weeks, not more than three. Broken part fixed, blade looks like it was sharpened, and there are other new parts in it. No note, no bill.

Thanks Leatherman! If you can hear me? Guess I'll send them a note!

Re: Service

Thanks Denick,

I packaged up my Wave tool and sent it back for repair as soon as I saw your post !!

If the people at "Leatherman" are anti-gun, Maybe they think "Men Should Fight with Knives, Not Guns."

I am OK with that.

I own several Leatherman Tools and Hate to be without it.
