Re: Pipeguy MIA
Did he post here what he was doing or was it a private matter?

Re: Pipeguy MIA
Nothing shady folks (quite the opposite) but I will let him tell ya if he wants when he returns.

Re: Pipeguy MIA
Thanks Nick. By the looks of the membership numbers I missed way too much to catch up on - I decided today not to even try. But if you can think of any threads that are just 'must reads' please drop me a PM. Otherwise it's no lookin' back.

Re: Pipeguy MIA
Not too bad Rick, I have some scheduling problems with my contractors and have had a couple slow weeks.
Did some demo, excavation and poured a footing for a garage in DC 3 weeks ago, Thought I could get back on it for backfill and slab right away, The mason is still not done. But when he is I had better be there next day to do my thing. Been pricing out a lot of work some of it comes back some doesn't. ![]() Some of it comes back and they want it priced out nine ways to Sunday. You know, the usual. How about you, putting plenty of pipe in the ground? |

Re: Pipeguy MIA
scrapin' by on some last minute deals and tryin' to get a couple of contracts to break ground in the next couple of weeks. Permitting delays are a big deal locally these days. Once the jobs get goin' I'm good 'til mid/late summer.
