Physical

wife "made" me take my 10 yr. physical....well, my bad cholesterol is 151, doc said 200 or less is good, my good cholesterol about 55, too low, but said not medicinally something he wants to go after at this point...my BP was 133/68....a # he says is envious of many 20 yr. olds...my blood panel turned out great, no hint/sign of any diabetes! he tells me....you'd be a 9 on a scale of 10 if you'd lose 45-50 lbs and quit smoking....i have 3 vices....the internet, my cigs, and diet pepsi. any transition at this point in my life will be tough

btw, i wouldn't be talking so smart right now if i wouldn't have had 3 celebratory beam 7's

Re: Physical

Congratulations Day,

Had my 52 year check up 8 months ago 140/94 BP. 94 too high and loose 30 LBS Doctor said. Otherwise everything else OK

BP in low 90's still, maybe lost 4 LBS.

Re: Physical

Sure, I should not have said anything. Two days ago had an itch on left shoulder. Yester day there was a red spot that was hot and some swelling. By the afternoon I could not raise my arm. Stopped to see an ER doc and he said lime disease. 3 weeks of anti biotics and don't go out in the sun. The arm and shoulder are still pretty bad off.

This should make the rest of July interesting.
