If you are just going to decide amongst these, I would go with the 16 since it is "sure" thing. (term i use lightly) but you could get another one or two prices and see where it falls.

No brainer. Get the 9k guy to do it. Charge the client 12k and take a long weekend on the water. (If you have water where you are)

I wouldn't hire the second guy. You shouldn't pave right after you prep is BS. Thats what they make rollers and compactors for. Even so 2 weeks
isnt long enough to do anything anyways lol.

I would go with the first guy if you want the best drive you can get.

The third guy just doesnt have enough money in his bid and he will be trying to make that up by skimping on your material.
