i must be getting screwed like a housecat. my little operation, my liability, vehicles, work comp, XCU...no health bennies for employees, is about 28k a yr. with literally zilch claim history the last 8-10 yrs

Day, PG and I were talking about it in the chat earlier and I went to look to be sure on $120,000 yearly payroll Lia., WC and vehicles we are paying $36,000.

denick, what deductibles you carry? we went 2k straight across the board, even on our liability, "cable cuts, etc."....made a huge dif in premium. thinking of maybe raising that to 5k

Jesus around this area i have been told that each hour a fiber optic line is down, they smack you with $10K an hour, guh!!

i think that is true anywhere, the cable company will sue you for loss of revenue on the cut line, and let's say that cable served a walmart super center and they had no way to reroute the cable services to that facility. there's a good chance walmart will have their atty. knocking on your door for loss of revenue being their business for the most part is connected directly to bentonville, arkansas on a second to second basis.

the insurance companies will cut you a considerable better deal on your liability premiums if you are willing to assume a larger deductible. to them, this shows that you make an effort to avoid these losses to you and them.
