Operators


Pipes comment brought to mind about 30 years ago when I was given my first taste of being in charge and having an exasperating week I sat down and looked at what had transpired and commented "80 percent of the people in this business have serious substance or personality problems" Thirty years later I don't think I would change that comment ( I did change the wording a little bit to keep it nice.)

Not that these people weren't talented or good people at heart just something about this business!

Yeah, it doesn't require money to get in to it. You don't even have to buy tools. All you have to do is get yourself to the jobsite. If you have skills, well, that's just icing on the cake.
